Susan Leith-Miller has a strong track record in business development, sales and marketing and market research. She has established three successful businesses and has assisted in the growth of over a 100 others. Her successes in business development and marketing are informed by a lifetime focus and curiosity with market trends.

Susan has regularly spotted market trends in their infancy – the resurgence of classical music in popular culture; a move away from stark minimalist designs in cafes and restaurants towards warmer more nurturing experiences – including the return of ‘communal table’; the marriage of cafés with other retail stores – bookshops, garden centers etc.; the shift from ‘sea change’ to ‘a community based country change’ for young families, the growth in generously sized apartments for empty nesters; to name a few.
